Average editing PC price?

I want a PC for editing videos the quality of PBG's, Jontron's, Scykoh's, etc. I want to know a minimum price for a PC that can do such tasks. I also need for the PC to be able to capture gameplay footage with audio, video, everything in general in sync with one another. Tell me the price of the PC components only. I'll find a good monitor later.

looking at a i5 4440-4590k cpu. most i5 run 180.00-230.00 price point. if you have local micro center they do have cheaper prices and combo deals on there mb. for the h97 mb looking at 100.00 price point. the asus -a a z97 mb run you 140.00. the r200 case is 40.00 the r300 case is 50.00. a 1tb hars drive is 70.00 8g of ddr-3 1600 ram is 90.00.
a 600b evga power supply is 50.00. a dvd drive would be 19.00. video cards can start at 100.00 for low end gpu to over 1000.00 the nvidia 970 run you 300.00 right now.
