Will this build be able to play most modern games at at least 80-100 fps? I have a 144 Hertz monitor and I want to average above 60 fps.

Solution
At 1080p? Yes. At 1440p? Yes, most games. At 4K? Some more demanding ones will come close to 50-60 FPS but some less demanding new games will go above 60 FPS for sure.

Also, if this is a subject to change, I would change 2 things in your build:
1) Grab EVGA Supernova GS, G2, or P2 power supply. G1 is a solid unit but of lower quality
2) Get 2x8 for RAM instead of 4x4.

*NOTE* I don't know what happened but my answer was added in twice :/
