you sholuld stay well above 60 fps! i would say you will keep 80's even more and drop down to 70 when the situation becomes very messy. btw with rx series i recommend to activate DX12, you will see a huge performance boost compared to DX11 (and better performing than nvidia gtx 1060 :) )!
 
You will get over over 60fps with that setup, most benchmarks seem to have a more powerful CPU in (at least an i7) and the RX480 GPU produces ~80fps. If you're not getting over 60 average then there is something going wrong.
 

Would you recommend me to switch to a overclockable processor to go with with the overclocked graphics card?

 


No, you cant overclock on a H270 motherboard. Nor would it be remotely worth the money to buy another 250 dollar cpu just to overclock.
