Average user build thoughts?

I am working on something not to expensive but will last a long time. What are your thoughts on it and would you change anything?

Yes it is for my dad and am building him one that lasts a long time and is fast, he is just someone who checks email, youtube, movies. Budget is $400

The i3 is a lot faster than that A8, it should last a lot longer.

True, I just put in the T version since it will put less heat output and put less stress on the PSU. But if you want to save the $20 by going with a regular SKU then that's perfectly fine.
