Avermedia Live Game Capture or not?

I was considering getting an avermedia game capture card for my computer but am unsure of whether it will actually do what i want it to do. The link for it is:

If i get this will it mean that:
1. I wont get an fps hit when recording.
2. I will be able to record at 1080p no matter what my hard drive write speed is

Well i am hoping to get into youtube once i have finished the upgrades i want to my computer and i was unsure of whether to get a better HDD or to get this game capture card. Ill get the capture card now then Thanks for the help

Do you have an Nvidia GPU? If so, that will be capable of the same thing through Shadowplay soon.
