Avery labels and the epson 310 series printer

Hello,
I just bought a new Epson WorkForce 310 Series printer. I am trying to print labels (Avery 5160)with the automatic document feeder using a regular 8 1/2" by 11" inch sheet of plain paper to practice with before using tha actual labels. The printer does not respond when I click ok. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Two possibilities. One you don't have the driver installed. (It's a disk that come with the EPSON. Or you have a document in queue. When you click OK look at your task bar on the bottom of the computer. (look toward the lower right corner of the screen) If you see a little printer icon right click on that icon. A window should show up. Go to the bottom of that window and left click on "Properties". You should see another window with a list of documents in the print queue. If you do, highlight each document, right click and left click on the delete or remove button. When all the documents are deleted, then start again. It should work.
