I'd get either but out of the box and with X.M.P enabled, you should be able to get to DDR4-2933MHz wihtout any issues. If you want to deal with some trial and errors, you can get to DDR4-3200MHz. If you plan to swap out the APU for a Ryzen processor, then I'd pick the 3200MHz kit.
