[SOLVED] Avexir RGB not compatible with Mystic Light?

my ram Avexir DDR4 RGB does not light up anymore, i returned it to the store where i bought it, and they replaced the ram for the second time.
and this is the 3rd time it stop to light up again. this occur when i use the MSI Mystic Light, and after i shutdown and turn on the pc, the ram does not light up again.

please help me, i don't know what is the problem.

this is my specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI B450M Bazooka Plus
Avexir 8GBx1 DDR4 (AVD4UZ224001608G-1CORGB)

Before you blame the board and it's app for being the culprit, perhaps take the stick of ram to your friend's/neighbor's place(with an Asus AuraSync/Gigabyte similar board/anotehr MSI Mystic Light equipped board) and see if the stick of ram dies there as well. If its the third time you're getting a replacement stick of ram, I'd be worried about either the quality of the stick of ram or the amount of voltage that is being pumped into the ram. It shouldn't be above 1.2v.

sorry for the late response, i just found out that the Memory is not sync, that's why the lights fails.
