Looking for way to permanently remove Trojan virus - "here-nugest.com/libp78.56/ajax/). AVG keeps removing it but it comes back every few minutes! Help!

hi, im not sure if this helps but maybe make a file or something with the same name as the virus, and then maybe it wont come back bec its something already there with same thing my friend a while told me to do this with a mp3 player not sure if it works but give it try i curios if it actually did anything
