Avg pc tuneup messed up my cpu

I used avg pc tuneup and now my cpu voltage fluctuates causing the speeds to go up and down
which is really upsetting I tried amd overdrive to fix the problem but it did nothing can someone help me

thats normal behavior in a balanced power plan.
Whats happening is the speeds are going up and down, causing the voltage to go up and down, not the other way around.

thank you for replying I reset mt pc to a certain time and it fixed the issue
