avg scan showing problems

HI iv'e just upgraded to avg 2014 run a first time scan and got 16 potentially dangerous threats all ;"SYSENTER hook -> 0xFFFFF800032D5B80, <unknown>";"Infected"etc files now just before when i had 2013 it was not showing any now i have these and it will not let me remove them what is going on and should i start worrying? pls give me some advice

AVG FORUM SAYS A LOT OF PEOPLE , but no solutions yet, are getting this message. You cannot remove them in AVG it will not let you unless you use avg 2014 windows 7 then please answer this because i'm not the only one with this problem
