Avg temp for a NVIDIA 1070 graphics card?

I have a NVIDIA 1070 graphics card and when I am not running anything my gpu and cput temp are at about 55c. When I am playing games the temp usually runs to up about 82c. Is this bad??

What cooler type? I'd understand if it were reference or a lower end card.

I'm really sorry i'm not really good at computer tech, but my pc specs are
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60Hz 2.59 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 GDDR5 @ 8.0 GB (256-bit)

Ah, looks like a laptop.

Well, laptops in my experience aren't the greatest in the ways of cooling but I can't tell you for sure based on current knowledge.
