AVI Playback with a Radeon 64 DDR

Since installing the Radeon, most but not all of my Avi files are "fuzzy" or have a green bar covering the bottom of the screen. I have installed SMR patch, Angelpotion, Divx...What gives my Voodoo 3 3000 had no problems with these files so why does the Radeon?? Any Ideas???
