Avira VPN Taking using too much GPU

So I installed Avira phantom VPN and Apparently I just Noticed that it is taking using GPU waay more Than any other Software, I have never seen Any softwares except Games and Video Editors/Converters use this much GPU. Is this Normal? Could this be a Bitcoin Mining Malware Working in the Background?

I tried Scanning my PC with MalwareBytes and Rogue Cleaner and They Didnt Show me any Sign of Malware.

Avast have a pretty good record of detecting such malware, install and run the free version see if it picks up anything.

That GPU usage is worrying though.

Okay so I ran the Full Virus Scan with Avast and Nothing Came up

I need a VPN because my Steam doesnt Download any Games without a VPN on, i dont know why but It just starts with High Speed and then drop to Zero and Rinse and Repeat and no Progress is Made during it

I once Left it on for a Night and No progress. But This problem was Fixed with a VPN i dont why, I tried Everything else, Changed the Server (Several Times) and Change the Storage. Nothing Works.
