AVR shutdown at high bass

Why my sub buffer of Yamaha YHT 2910 shutdown the system at high bass.
I can't play recommend volume range -40 to -30db.
It work well without Sub buffer.
System with sub buffer occure sound like crackers ( futt...in heard) and without sub buffer quite.

Please advice,
What should I do?

All the bass in your system is sent to the subwoofer. The subwoofer shuts down because a 16cm woofer won't play loud enough for you. It shuts off to protect itself from blowing up.
Either turn the subwoofer level down in the speaker set up menu or get a subwoofer that has a bigger woofer and more power.
