The AVR suddenly shut down and my PC shutdown too and got a smell of electric, will my PC be broken ?

It might be, it might not be. A high-quality PSU makes it more likely your PC survived than a low-quality PSU. But since you've provided no information about your PC, I have no idea which one you have.
