Question AW2518HF image problems

Hi guys, I am so confused now I really need your help/advice. I have a new AW2518HF monitor and I have the following problems:

Ghosting when I am scrolling

Ghosting when I am using my mouse

The image quality looks below average (I had the same feeling when I used our smart TV as a monitor for a while).

I am using this monitor with an1.2 displayport cable (and I have an 1070 GTX VGA)

Is it all normal or just my IPS monitor were waaay better than this one?

Have you tried enabling G-Sync Compatible to see if it would fix your problem?

Hi, yes, but the image quality is sitl lbad. it's fuzzy, not sharp enough. I am not sure that the TN panel is that bad or there is something else I can do...
