Question Awful buzz in my headphones when playing a game ?

As title says, awful buzz noise when a load is on the gpu, even scrolling the page makes noise. Ive tried swapping all cables and using usb for my audio out and that didn't fix it either, heres my setup
PC rear 3.5 -> 3.5 to rca -> AVR -> front headphone jack -> HD560S

( also the only thing that is working right this second is using the 3.5 to 1/4 adapter that sennheiser included, maybe it has a built in isolater? )

Have you tried going into speaker properties {in this case your headphone connection} and under effects tab disable all effects?

Just tried that, still very noisy.
