Awful stuttering which makes me have to restart my pc

I'm putting this in windows 7 because im not sure what the exact problem is, but win7 is my OS. This happens very frequently, My computer starts stuttering extremely fast and then black screens. I can hear sounds when this happens. I'm asking here because no where else on the internet can answer my problem.

Could you list your full computer specs please.

Also where are these sounds coming from when you open your case and have a listen.

Could you please try and run the system bare bones:
- remove GPU, plug display cable into motherboard
- use only one hard drive, just run your system from your hard drive with the OS
- use one stick of ram
