AX 750 buzzing sound

Hi,

My ax 750 makes a buzzing sound on idle, low loads and high loads, I have been gaming quite a bit approximately 5 months and it seems fine it runs cold, I have tightened the screws up, held it down lightly to see if it was vibrations to no avail, it isn't the fan either, it has been buzzing since i've put it into my pc. I have little to no money so buying another supply is out of the question. I can't RMA the supply as it has run out.

The buzzing has been the same volume on all loads doesn't get louder or quieter, the buzzing is really quiet it's only audible when you get about 3 inches from the supply. sometimes the pc won't power on, i'll hit the power button go to the supply and there's this flapping sound of electric so i flick the switch to stop power running through it and turn it back on and it'll power on as normal. the flapping is like a louder (By louder i mean a few dB higher not much) version of the buzzing but sounding different

Will it be alright to continue using it?

Try use voltage stabilizer that deliver 220-230V output OR if your area is at below 220V then add 1000VA UPS and connect your PSU to it before home outlet, in my understanding the buzz is generated by a pulsating components which transform A/C to D/C, that's why we see a harden gunk around coil, capacitor and transistor. I guessed that gunk was applied to absorb vibration or pulse.

Hot Glue?
I've tried that ten years ago with unused 300 W PSU using non conductive silicone glue after recording youtube tutorial, I used AMD duron (after deciding it hasn't been sold after eight years) motherboard, no the PSU is not buzzing I just want to knew if glue is effecting PSU.
The PC runs fine with glue on PSU, it happens that one buyer returned to my shop and complain about buzzing sound, so I did the glue trick, tested in a hour and no buzz, so I guess it worked because he never comeback.
