That's the best looking 4090 I've ever seen. It looks simple but still with enough flair to make it stand out in this sea of black GPU (still, the fact that other manufacturers are also now releasing their portfolio of white GPUs, that's a good thing).

Also, a company that has mostly white GPU in their lineup? Why haven't I heard about them yet. The name AX Gaming reminds me of Colorful (with their aptly named Battle-AX series of GPUs) but can't say that for sure.

But for real though, if I were looking for a 4090, this one might be on top of my list just from the looks alone.

Does anyone know how their customer service is? I am thinking of picking up the 4080 or maybe 4090, but since they don't ship to US as much I wonder how good they support their product, outside China and Asia.

Can't really talk about AX Gaming, and importing anything from China has always been a gamble. I've only imported a single Yeston card, and it's been working great, but I don't think I have anyone I could call if something goes wrong. Honestly, just consider it as a "no-warranty" product if you were to pick one up.
