Question ax3000 Xiaomi mesh

Recently i bought a mesh ax3000 Xiaomi access point. When i connected to the network with an ethernet cable shows orange light which means error on the network. So as a consequence i can't connect to the router's main page to configure it. Although the process is straight forward i can't connect to main page!! any ideas of what i do wrong??? i do what the manual says and i can't connect!!

Follow factory reset process first.
Use a new short ethernet cable from the POE switch or power adapter.
