AX850 or HX1050

I have read about these two models and the consensus seems to be in favor of the 850. I am almost positive my build, even with overhead for another GPU, will not rquire more than 850W - am I correct?
As such, which model would you recommend for my upcoming build-

i7-2600k to ~4.5 GHz
HD6970 or 7***
assorted case fans
1 ssd
2-4 hdd
1 BluRay
1 DVD drive
some form of CPU cooler

If I do not need the power of the 1050, sound profile and efficiency become my next concerns.

Yep for that build a quality 850 will do fine so my vote goes for the AX850.
