AZZA ElitePSU:Azza Alpha 700w PSAZ-700C12 (ACTIVE PFC)?

Hi, It's the first time I write here, just got my new system from IBUYPOWER, I live in Hungary and I would like to know if my PSU is "PFC active", it does have the red switch on the back (115-230V). the model is this one:

ElitePSU:Azza Alpha 700w PSAZ-700C12

I have not been able to find any kind of detailed information about it on the net, anybody?. Hungary runs 240V like most EU countries.

I would say passive PFC sinse the switch is there active allows manufacturers to skip the switch.
