B&M Key SSD in PCI troubles

So I got this SSD http://

With this adapter http://

Plugged it all in, nothing.

I don't understand this B & M key thing, can someone please help me, what adapter will make this B & M key SSD work in my PCI slot?

Ensure that you have your NVME drivers installed on your computer. The above is a version from samsung and will work with any NVME

After installing drivers, it will recognize your SSD[/strike]

Which slot are you putting it into on your computer?
Also while its in and everything is connected, Will you start by opening COMMAND PROMPT AS ADMIN

Now type DISKPART
LIST DISK
Please take a picture or screenshot of what is listed and post here.

Your disk may not be online or formatted, it may just need to be initialized
