B-Move BM-PS05 600W vs High Power Element PLUS 500W

Solution

Technically yes, if you have one pile of garbage for absolute trash that needs to be burned in a big fire right now and another pile of garbage for stuff that just belongs in the trash and can be burned tomorrow . . . then it might be able to make it in to the second category.

If you are putting it in an entry level machine with a lower power video card then I'm sure it will do, but even in the mid range to higher powered equipment I would not trust either of these in a machine.
The B-Move has 2 12v rails capable of 228 watts each, for a total of 456 watts. Calling it a 600 watt supply is a bit of a stetch, and even then you'd probably want to stay under 80% capacity so you'd be more looking at actually supplying 365 watts or less.

The High Power each rail is rated for 240 watts, but combined they can't go above 400 watts. So at the 80% capacity rul you'd probably not want to go over 320 watts.

Both of these I wouldn't trust to power a high power gaming rig.

I am not familiar with either of them, although the second one might be made by Sirtec. While Sirtec does not have the best reputation, the name alone of the first, plus the fact that sites referencing it are blocked at work, suggests that the Sirtec would be the lesser of two evils.
