My build: http://prntscr.com/mb8maz

I recently had a co-worker help me with my new PC build. Once we were finished, however, we could not get the system to POST. We tried troubleshooting for about 30 min until I decided to call it quits. I asked a friend of mine who used to build PCs as a living to come over and take a look at it, and he was also stumped but decided to take it home to figure out for the night. He texted me the next morning say he was able to get the system to POST but only by using slot B2 in single channel. Dual channel would not work at all and B2 was the only working single channel, and the motherboard was only reporting 8GB. He told me to try testing with different RAM. I used the Ripjaws RAM from an old system and both sticks would also only work in B2. Any other slot and the PC would turn on but not POST, and for B1 the system would actually try starting up but have the fans keep slowing down like it was struggling to start. I thought I would try posting here to give some final tries before I got it replaced.

Thanks for the response! I haven't tried that but I'm not sure if that would be the issue. I have the system set up with OS and everything and although my FPS is lower than it should be in games like OW I'd attribute it to only one stick of RAM. But I will have to try checking just because I'm out of options.
