That's a mediocre PSU if I don't want to call it bad. I couldn't find full specs on the manufacturer's website and just a single picture that shows the fan grill and the AC input.

Most GTX 1060 cards require a supplementary 6-pin PCIE power connector from the PSU and the specific model you mentioned the Aorus Geforce GTX 1060 6gb according to the Gigabyte website actually needs an 8-pin one.
There is no mention of PCIE 6+2 or 6/8 pin power cable/connectors on the website and apart from that I think that is some 250-300W unit.
You have a 65W CPU and going to buy a 120W graphics card that almost 75% of the PSU's nominal output.
I would buy a new good brand/model PSU as this is one is of questionable quality and does not have the 8-pin power connector you require.

Maybe a good 350W is enough too but with that PSU you can't run a GTX 1060 model that requires an 8-pin. Minimum PSU recommended by nvidia is 400W (which is an estimate).
