Hello i have this mobo gigabyte b250m ds3h can i put i7 9700 on it? if not what other cpu it can fit it. By the way i have i5 7500 and i wanna upgrade to a better one

The best you can do is the Core i7-7700K, you CANNOT use the i7 9700.
