Question B350 bios question

So I’ve got a asrock ab350m pro 4 and a Ryzen 5 2400g, I was wondering if I can update the bios past 5.90. It recommends for raven ridge to not update anymore and im having having issues with my memory not running at the speed I need thinking maybe a bios update would help but not sure if I can without bricking my system.

name and model of your ram also did you set axmp or docp in bios for it .

Corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 3200 2x8 gb in a2 and b2. I’m not sure what axmp or docp is.

Oh ok yeah I’ve tried both xmp 3200 and auto 3200. 3133 is the highest I can get it at 1.35v. Maybe more voltage would help? Would trying bios update help?

i would not try to go far over ram voltages .
