[SOLVED] b350-f update bios without cpu

I've recently broken my old CPU, and I've bought a 3000 series processor , however the board I have (Asus strix b350-f) requires a bios update in order to work properly. since I don't have my old CPU , Is there a method of updating it without the CPU or do I need to purchase a temporary CPU to update ?

you will have to use a compatible CPU to update the BIOS first. Sadly no flash back feature is available on this board
