B350 motherboard CPU compatibility and overclocking potential

I’ve been looking to build my first pc, and would like to use a Ryzen 5 2600, 2x8 gb DDR4-3000 ram, and an RX 580 8gb GPU. I was wondering if a B350 motherboard is compatible with this CPU, and if a B350 can fully overclock these parts.

Currently you need a B450 board to boot the 2600.
