B350 PC MATE VGA EZ Debug LED coming on when booting

So i've just built my very first pc and when I try to boot up I just get the VGA EZ Debug light come on and then nothing happens?

Ive tried breadboarding my pc and even then it still just does the same thing?

My specs are:

B350 PC MATE
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
DDR4 3200 CORSAIR VENGAENCE
GTX 1070
