B350 Tomahawk motherboard USB connections

So I've got the B350 and both my JUSB1 & JUSB2 ports have connections. One goes to the CPU. The other goes to the front USB ports.
I purchase a pair of SONY Wireless bluetooth headset and wanted to connect to my PC so I purchased the ASUS PCE-AC55BT PCI-E Wireless Adapter/Bluetooth card.

The bluetooth requires the JUSB port, but both are in use. What options are there? Do other motherboards have more than 2 9 pin USB connections on the motherboard?

What CPU cooler using? Is the USB connection necessary?

Using the Corsair Hydro Series H110i and the usb connection goes to the CPU
