Question B350 Tomahawk VGA led on, no signal, tried different Graphics card

Good day,

I am having a problem on my computer

Specs:
B350 tomahawk
2 sticks of 8 gb rams 2933mhz
R5 2600
Gtx 1080/rtx3060 ti(at this point)
Ssd and hdd

I was working as usual the other day, nothing seemed abnormal, tried turning on pc today and it says no signal.

After opening pc I see VGA ez debug led on.
When I turn it on all fans spin light turn on, mouse and keyboard as well, (gtx 1080 fans spin continuesly, rtx 3060ti spins only for a second)

What I tried:
Buying new graphics card rtx 3060ti
Reseating cables
Using another pci-e cable
Reseating cpu
Reseating ram in different variations as well as a single stick of ram
Resetting cmos by taking it out as well as shorting the jumper
Tried different hdmi/display port cables
Taking out hdd and ssd


What could be the problem?

The oldest component is psu corsair cx600 but no smoke, no smell and still gives power to everything.

Haven't found a solution, anyone has any ideas ? Could it be the motherboard ?
