This is a completely new build. Both the CPU and RAM debug led fire up, and it stops there. Checked CPU pins connectors as did try multiple ram slots. Tried to reset CMOS by shorting the pins and removing the battery.
Setup
■ CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X
■ GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X
■ MOBO: MSI B350M Mortar
■ RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) 2666Mhz CL16 (1.2V)
■ CPU COOLER: Corsair H115i PRO RGB
■ PSU: Corsair CX650M
■ SSD: Kingston A400 240GB TLC SATA
Incredibly, the awkward part, is that the system managed to POST successfully twice. One of them was after I cleared CMOS (only worked that time), the other was right after I disconnect and reconnect the CPU pins. Those two times I entered the BIOS but I can't do that anymore. I assume CPU and RAM are working fine since I managed to enter the BIOS with success twice.
From now on, all the attempts I did just didn't POST and both leds as stated above (CPU and RAM) are on.
What might be happening?
