This week I bought a Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming 3 Wifi with 2 * 16 GB G.SKILL RipJaws V. After I assembled everything the PC didn't boot. The CPU LED was quickly lighted up and then the DRAM led. After some testing I found out that the PC only boots when there is a single DRAM module in the motherboard. Whenever I added 2 DRAMs in dual channel mode, the PC didn't boot.

As CPU I'm, using a Core i5 9600K.

Did anybody else come across this issue? Is this rather a DRAM issue or a motherboard issue?

What is that? Two of these F4-3600C19S-16GVRB?
No, it's actually 2 of these:

I also tried 2 other DIMMs and were facing the same issue. Seems like the motherboard does not work properly in dual channel mode?
