Question B360 Gaming Plus VGA and boot debug LEDs

Upon startup during the MSI splash logo, the VGA debug LED turns on for 2 seconds then goes off and flashes to the boot debug LED for a split second, turns off, and then boots up windows like usual. Is this a potential problem indication or some sort of checklist? Also the bios is up to date to support my 9th gen i5 and everything else including games run fine.

The LED's are a way to diagnose a faulty component on the board. If the LED's cycle through and you're able to get into OS GUI without any hiccups, I'd say you're fine. It's only when you don't get to OS or even BIOS and one or more of the LED's are lit up.

Secondary note, what is the model of your EVGA PSU?
