Hi all,

I'm looking to upgrade my Motherboard, RAM, CPU and have settled on getting i3 8100 with some corsair vengence RGB ram but can't decide on the motherboard/chipset to go with it, as the whole Pci lanes thing is getting confusing.

I'm going to use my current 1050 ti 4gb & 1tb WD back HDD for now but may upgrade to a NVMe SDD & keep the 1tb for storage also and i have a dvdrw drive (like to play some of my old games now an again) so will a B360 board be enough or is it better to get a H370.

I have been looking at a Gigabyte B360M Aorus Gaming 3 & Gigabyte H370 HD3 (audio isn't as good) but there doesn't seem to been as many H370 boards about here in the UK for some reason?

Lastly (this may be stupid) but are the amount of USB peripherals you plug in limited by the amount of PCIe lanes you have or just ports on the board?
