Okay I have this components And I own those 2 motherboards.. And not sure What to. Chose.
R5 3600x
Kingston predator 2 x 8gb 3200
M.2 240gb
Hd 2tb wd black
Power nzxt 700w 80bronce
Rx 5600xt Asus TUF
Should I pick b450 tuf to combine with my video card? Do I get any bennefit?

WHICH ASUS board do you have? There are several different models of ASUS B450 motherboard from the TUF series.

The Aorus Elite is probably very slightly better. They are very similar, with both having the same number of memory VRMs, the Gigabyte having one additional main power phase to it's VRM configuration which probably isn't going to have any kind of major effect on the performance of your 3600x, and both have dual M.2 slots.

Use whichever board you like better aesthetically. The ASUS probably has the better and more easily configurable BIOS options.
