Question B450 Aorus Pro doesn't want to run properly.

So I upgraded system to :
Aorus b450 pro
Ryzen 5 2600x
Ballistics sport 3000mhz

System booted 1st time kinda fine. Kinda because mouse issue ( mouse was moving but could not click anything. Key board was working fine.

After installing chipset drivers PC restarted and never came back. VGA light on mb is on I've tried reseat it remove ( when removed got 1 long 2 short beeps so ok ) all cables connected . Screen goes to bios splash screen and that's it I can't choose any of options provided. Tried reset cmos . The same results. I don't know what to do. https://ibb.co/CPD9N0n

What gpu are you using?

Let's see if I understand the current situation correctly:

1. You can enter the BIOS interface (and have a video signal).
2. You can not use the mouse.
3. Can you use the keyboard to edit the BIOS settings?

Gpu is Asus gtx 1060 6GB

I was able to enter bios and windows 1st time.

Now I am able only to see that splash screen , no reaction to keys or mouse.

Try reseating your gpu, or try it in another pcie slot. And restart. See if it posts up.

I've tried that. Reseat or take out at all. If I take out got post beep 1long 2short . Gpu goes back got VGA led and that splash screen . I even tried different GPU . Same results.

What chipset driver did you use?

Unplug anything that is plugged into usb slots except keyboard. See if you can access the bios with the keyboard then.

I downloaded all from gigabyte web supporting drivers :
AMD Chipset Driver
(Note) Win10 ver.1809 supported

And

AMD Chipset Driver
(Note) Win10 ver.1903 supported.
(Note) For 3rd AMD Ryzen CPU support.

IDK witch one was installing first
