Thank you for quick answer, That's confusing yeah as it supports 128 and at same time max 16gb on stick... I have made thread also on gigabyte forum, thank you for your helpMainly as they didn't test sticks that big - https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_b450-aorus-pro_matisse_190828.pdf
and HyperX only show 16gb sticks that were tested too - https://www.kingston.com/en/memory/search?model=99099&devicetype=7&mfr=GIG&line=B450 AORUS PRO
MB
and yet
- 4 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 128 GB of system memory
makes it seem max memory stick size it accepts is 16gb. R=rank = how much ram on each side of card.
- Support for non-ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules
so 1r x 8 = 8gb stick
2r x 8 = 16
1r x16 = 16gb
top shows it supports 128 so should allow 4x32gb sticks. But none mentioned anywhere on specs or memory pdf.
I would ask on https://forum.gigabyte.us/ as they should have answer for you there. I wouldn't rush out and get them without confirmation they work.
