Question B450 Aorus Pro WIFI Bios damaged

Hello, I have a problem with the mother board B450 Aorus Pro WIFI, It doesn't enter to the Bios only keeps in a black screen with the CPU and DRAM red light alternating between each other. I haven't tried to update the Bios before, it just stopped working.

I tried clearing the CMOS and removing the battery but it was still the same.

Then I changed to the backup Bios, it works, but I want to fix the main bios but I can't find a way to do it.

Specs:
Ryzen 7 1700 (without OC)
B450 Aorus Pro WIFI
16GB RAM (3000mhz OC)

When did this start? Is the motherboard new? Reference the motherboard manuel for beep code. It will help you know what part isn't working.

It started today, and the motherboard has only 9 month of use. I noticed that the motherboard doesn't make any beep, it just make a sound when it alternates between the CPU and the DRAM light
