Question b450 aorus pro wifi flashes and turns off when turned on

Mb: gigabyte b450 aorus pro wifi
memory: t-force vulcan z 2x8gb 3600mhz
psu: evga br 500w 80+ bronze
gpu: zotac gtx 1660
case: nzxt h510
cpu: r5 3600
cooler: stock cooler

when i turn on the psu the lights on the mb turn on then immediately turn off.Help appriciated

it is a new build never booted up
