Please help guys i'm really desperate

Config: b450 aorus elite

Ryzen 5 2600

(2×8)Crucial Ballistix tactical tracer 3000hz

Gtx 1060 3gb msi ocv1

Kingston a400 120gb ssd

i recently upgraded to this bundle from used marked ,put everything together and it worked fine for a couple of days but I tried converting my ssd with win 10 on it from mbr to gpt, it gave me blue screen but couldn't load windows or restore also i played with my bios disabled csm i think and enabled secure boot then update platform key then enabled csm i don't remember exactly the details then restarted my pc but it gave me black screen on restart no bios and mobo gives red lights on vga and dram for long time and cpu for a second .I tried clear cmos by screwdriver ,tried removing battery for a long time, tried resetting my cpu and rams in different slots or even one stick ,even tried an older gpu all of this without any peripherals or disks attached , i even removed my mobo from the case but nothing worked still same black screen with red light cycle
I really hope i didnt break my mobo as it's still new
Note: i formatted ssd using another pc and installed fresh win10 so it's working

yup sound like you bricked the motherboard when you turn on secure boot. while most of the time it work fine, some are reporting issue with it.
I turned secure boot on and csm off and i could get into bios then i enabled csm but i couldn't get into bios anymore
I resetted the bios and The board is giving rgb lights and fans spinning shouldn't this mean it's working?

I'm trying to find one with my friends but i need hope in doing this can fix it
I really don't want to know that my mobo is broken so I'm trying to find any fix possible
There is no doubt that there have been bricked motherboards as part of the TPM/Secure Boot setup process. Personally, I have converted 5 or 6 Gigabyte motherboards and did not experience any of these issues. In fact, the steps I used and shared are in several threads on the site.

There are some members who reported using a different GPU or a CPU w/iGPU allowed them to access their BIOS. I have not personally experienced this, so I can only tell you what others have said.

The steps I shared (that worked for me to enable) are:

Steps to enable (all AMD-based Gigabyte mobos) Secure Boot. Make sure fTPM is enabled. Make sure CSM is disabled. In Secure Boot, select custom under Secure Boot Mode, Select Restore Factory Keys, Say YES to reset without saving.

When BIOS restarts, access BIOS and change Secure Boot Mode back to Standard and then Yes to restart without save.

Let Windows boot fully.

Use msinfo to verify that Secure Boot State is on.

Sometimes my pc won't turn on at all only the mouse lights up not even the rams

Before you made any fTPM or Secure Boot changes, did you have any other stability issues?

Did you, by chance, also clear your TPM device in the BIOS? Not saying you should have, just trying to figure out what caused the issue.

The new build was working fine for the last 3 days
Problem started when i tried converting ssd from mbr to gpt but got blue screen
Also i want to make it clear i didn't change ftpm
I played(enabled and disable )with csm ,secure boot and reset platform keys without saving then i got black screen

I just noticed when I turn on the pc my monitor keeps switching between hdmi and analog around 3 times then black screen . No messages saying something like no signal or such .
