b450 gaming plus msi

hello

so i build my friend new pc and the spec is
Ryzen7-2700
arctec frezzer esport one cooler
msi b450 gaming plus
zotac 2060
T-force vulcan 2x8 DDR4 3000 Mhz ram(24000 PC4)
cx550 psu
1TB seagate
1TB WD
240GB SSD
case nzxt h500

after we build it and everything i got no post and i get these lights on in the motherboard i tried to reinstall the ram and the gpu both of the lights still on what ia going on please help!!

Did you make sure you've connected all the leads and connectors into the board and their respective components? You might want to double check on the components.
