Hello owner of a B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI. Looking to upgrade my CPU and RAM, I want to ask if the motherboard can support:

1. AMD Ryzen 3700X CPU overclocked

2. 16GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 DIMM CL16 ( F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC)

Please confirm, or do I need to get a x570 board?

BEFORE you swap in the new CPU, be sure you update your BIOS to the latest version to get support for the 3xxx series CPUs.
This page -- https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B450-I-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-10/support#support-cpu says the F40 or newer BIOS is required.

BE SURE to read the footnotes on the BIOS webpage (update to F32 first if required, etc.)...

Thanks for the reply and your time but already knew that. New gigabyte b450 come updated too, BUT the question is if the board can actually support the CPU OCed and the 3600 ram kits. What about its VRMs. Is the 100$+ of the x570 board worth it or even necessary ?

I though you already HAD the board with an existing CPU and RAM, and that was the question was about how to successfully upgrade the CPU. The 3xxx series CPUs do just as well with the automatic overclocking as with most manual OC. RAM clocks are difficult to predict. I have no specific experience with that RAM.
