[SOLVED] B450 M AORUS stuck in loading screen

When I turn on my PC, I am stuck at the loading screen that just says AORUS. I already did a system restore and reinstalled Windows. What do I do

Ryzen 3600x/Sapphire RX 580/B450 Aorus M/Samsung 860 Evo SSD/Corsair CXM450

I built my PC yesterday. All the parts are new. If I boot to my usb media creation tool, then it will boot but if I boot to my SSD, then it is stuck on the loading screen.

Didnt see your last post.

Put your SSD SATA cable on SATA Port 1. Also be sure that the SATA power to the SSD is connected correctly
