B450 mATX vs B350 ATX

So I am going with a ryzen 3 2200g and I have two mobo options on the same price :
B450m PRO 4 mATX
B350m PRO 4 ATX
Now my question is . Do they have any difference on overclocking ? I will have a pretty big overclock on the CPU and iGPU ( 3.9 Ghz , 1.6 Ghz ) . Will one of the mobos be better than the other ?

No, there will be no difference in overclocking, they have the exact same VRMs. Might as well get the newer B450 chipset.

If you get the b350 make sure it has a current bios that will support that cpu, if not you'll have to update it before your pc will work.

This B350 in most cases was updated for 2nd gen ryzen mostly . It just looks waaay more aeshetically pleasing because its an ATX and has a big white line with a black PRO4 written on it . My question is , will this mobos handle the overclock I mentioned ? ( 3.9 Ghz CPU , 1.6 Ghz iGPU)

Either one should be capable of overclocking the CPU to 3.9 GHz. I really doubt you'd be able to get 1.6 GHz iGPU regardless what mobo you get.

And why is that ?
Edit : Ive seen a lot of people succed with overclocking the iGPU to 1.6 Ghz and some went to even 1650 mhz .

Fair enough, I was just going off a couple reviews I had seen that only overclocked the iGPU to around 1.4 GHz.
