Question B450 Max Red CPU light. System will post and then turn off. Any suggestions?

Hi all,
Having an interesting problem with my system. I will turn on my computer and it will post and then the display will go back and the red CPU light will turn on. It will sit like this, with the display off, for a few minutes and then magically load up windows again. I’ve included a video
